Rider use

Driver participation
Drivers may need to complete application checks, document reviews, vehicle qualification standards and any screening required by Handei before receiving or continuing access to the platform. Additional driver terms, operational requirements or local compliance obligations may apply.
Payments, pricing and promotions
Trip pricing may depend on distance, time, demand conditions, service area, promotions, incentives or other booking factors. Handei may use third-party processors for payment handling. Promotional offers can be modified, limited or withdrawn at Handei's discretion unless local law requires otherwise.
Safety and acceptable conduct
Riders, drivers and visitors must not use the platform to threaten, harass, discriminate against or defraud others. Handei may investigate incidents, restrict access, cooperate with authorities and take other reasonable steps to protect people, property and platform integrity.
Intellectual property
Handei brand assets, page designs, logos, written content, source visuals and platform materials remain the property of Handei or its licensors unless stated otherwise. You may not reproduce, adapt or distribute protected materials without appropriate permission.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Handei aims to provide reliable digital access and service coordination, but the website and apps may not always operate without interruption. To the extent permitted by law, Handei is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from platform use, delays, outages or third-party actions beyond its reasonable control.
Governing law and updates
